Toya Broox — Founder & Principal Advisor
Toya Broox brings 13 years of global people strategy experience to every NEHR engagement — including VP-level HR leadership supporting 40+ CEOs of multi-million dollar organizations across four continents, with teams ranging from 50 to hundreds of employees.
She has worked across 12+ industries including technology, creative services, healthcare, education, professional services, and the gig economy — bringing the same rigour, honesty, and strategic thinking to every client regardless of size.
Toya founded NEHR Consulting because she saw a gap: creative, mission-driven companies were being underserved by traditional HR firms that didn't understand their culture, their people, or their pace. NEHR exists to close that gap.
She also founded Klyde's Creatives — a community-powered creative platform for artists, creatives, and founders — which informs the unique bridge NEHR builds between creative talent and the companies that need them.
